GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE YOGATERRAE MEMBERSHIP CARD PROGRAM

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the YOGATERRAE loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the "Membership Program" or "Membership Card"). By purchasing this Membership Card, you (the "Member" or "you") accept all of the conditions below.

1. PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

The YOGATERRAE Membership Card is a loyalty program offered by the YOGATERRAE company, intended for individuals, which allows its holders to benefit from the following advantages:

  • 20% immediate discount on all products on the www.yogaterrae.com website, excluding the exclusions listed below.

  • Advantage valid for 12 months from the date of purchase of the card.

  • Discount automatically activated via a dedicated code and/or a specific customer segment without the obligation to create an account.

2. PRICE AND VALIDITY

  • The Membership Card is sold at the symbolic price of €10 including tax.

  • The Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • The card is not automatically renewed. No payment will be renewed at maturity.

  • The card is non-transferable and non-assignable to another person.

3. EXCLUSIONS

The benefits of the Membership Card do not apply to:

  • Products from the special collection "Non-Member Products".

  • Gift cards, shipping costs, tips, and free-price solidarity products.

  • Any promotion or special offer already in progress, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Yogaterrae reserves the right to modify the list of excluded products, subject to informing members.

4. TERMS OF USE

  • To benefit from the discount, simply purchase the membership card. The advantage is automatically activated via a discount code (e.g., MEMBER20) or any other technical method defined by YOGATERRAE.

  • The code is personal and cannot be publicly disseminated or shared improperly.

  • YOGATERRAE reserves the right to deactivate access to benefits in the event of obvious abuse, fraud, or non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions.

5. TERMINATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

  • No refund will be granted, even in case of non-use of benefits, subject to applicable legal provisions regarding withdrawal.

  • In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer acknowledges that the benefit associated with the Membership Card (immediate discount) is activated upon purchase.
    Consequently, if the customer uses the discount, they waive their right of withdrawal.

  • If the buyer has not used the discount code within 14 days of purchase, they may exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the law.

6. LIABILITY

YOGATERRAE cannot be held responsible for improper use of the code or forgetting to enter the code at the time of order. No retroactive activation of a discount will be applied to previous purchases.

7. PROGRAM MODIFICATION OR SUSPENSION

YOGATERRAE reserves the right to modify or suspend the Membership Program at any time, while respecting the acquired rights of members who have already purchased their card.

8. SOLIDARITY AND ENGAGED DONATION

The symbolic value of €10 is entirely donated to a solidarity project supported by YOGATERRAE. No refund will be made on this amount.

9. ACCEPTANCE

The purchase of the Membership Card implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The customer is invited to consult them before any purchase on the website.

10. PERSONAL DATA

  • Information collected during the purchase of the Membership Card is processed in compliance with GDPR.

  • It is used solely to activate benefits and communicate with the customer.

  • No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

  • The customer can request access, rectification, or deletion of their data at any time via contact@yogaterrae.com.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

  • These conditions are subject to French law.

  • Any dispute will first be sought amicably.

  • In case of failure, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
