RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

4. Right of Return and Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. However, if an item does not suit you, you can return it without justification within 30 days of receipt .

Return conditions :

• Items must be unopened , unused , and in their original packaging .
• Return costs are free for all European countries.
• Some promotional products cannot be returned or exchanged (see section below).

5. Return Process

• Receipt of the return label : We will send you a prepaid Colissimo label.
• Preparation of the package : The item must be carefully packaged.
• Dropping off the package : Hand it over to the nearest post office or Colissimo collection point.

Upon receipt of your package, we will carry out a quality check . If the item is compliant and unopened, the refund will be processed within 24 hours directly to the payment method used during the purchase.

6. Reimbursement Period

• Once the return has been validated, the refund transaction is initiated within 24 hours .
• Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 7 business days for your refund to be posted.
• If a delay occurs, we advise you to contact your bank before writing to us.

3. Item unpacked, without original packaging, with missing accessories : Product returned incomplete, without its original packaging and repackaged with simple packaging.
