DELIVERY POLICY


1. General Delivery Information
We make every effort to ensure fast and reliable shipping of your orders placed on www.yogaterrae.com.

These fees represent a reduced contribution to the actual shipping costs, in order to guarantee a quality service while fairly remunerating our logistics partner.

2. Delivery times and process

Each order is processed within 2 to 3 hours maximum after payment validation.

All orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day.

Once prepared and dispatched, delivery time is estimated at 24/48H, depending on the department in France.

Delivery in Europe takes between 2 and 5 days, depending on the country.

Deliveries are made via reliable partner carriers, ensuring on-time delivery rates close to 100% (statistics for 2022, 2023 and 2024).

An e-mail notification with the tracking number is sent as soon as your package is dispatched.

  • Standard delivery: 24 to 48 hours after dispatch
  • Delivery charge: €12.00 for orders under €150
  • Free delivery: on orders over €150

Our delivery times in Europe vary according to the country of destination:

  • Europe Zone 1 (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands)
  • Lead time: 2 to 3 days
  • Delivery charge: €2.90 surcharge for orders under €150
  • Free for purchases over €150 in all European countries

 

  • Europe Zone 2 (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria)
  • Lead time: 3 to 4 days
  • Delivery charge: €2.90 surcharge for orders under €150
  • Free for purchases over €150 in all European countries

 

  • Europe Zone 3 (Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Croatia)
  • Lead time: 5 to 8 days
  • Delivery charge: €4.90 surcharge for orders under €150
  • Free for purchases over €150 in all European countries


* Delivery to European Islands

  • Destinations: Some islands in Spain and Italy
  • Lead time: 4 to 6 days
  • Delivery charges :
  • 35.00 for orders from 0 to 4.5 kg
  • 50.00 for orders from 4.51 kg to 10 kg
  • Free for orders over 10 kg

 

* Delivery to French overseas departments and territories

  • Destinations: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, French Guiana
  • Lead time: 8 to 16 days
  • Delivery charge: €60.00 for orders from 0 to 10 kg

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

4. Return Policy and Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. However, if an item is not to your liking, you may return it within 30 days of receipt without explanation.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unpacked, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return postage is free for all European countries.
  • Certain promotional products cannot be returned or exchanged (see section below).

5. Return process

  • Return request: Contact us at contact@yogaterrae.com mentioning your order number.
  • Receipt of return label: We will send you a prepaid Colissimo label.
  • Preparing the parcel: The item must be carefully packed.
  • Dropping off the parcel: Hand it in at the nearest post office or Colissimo relay point.

On receipt of your parcel, we will carry out a quality control. If the item is in conformity and not unpacked, the refund will be processed within 24 hours directly to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Refund period

  • Once the return has been validated, the refund transaction is initiated within 24 hours.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 7 working days for the refund to be posted.
  • If there is a delay, we advise you to contact your bank before writing to us.

From time to time during the year, items may be returned to us for careful inspection, retaining their original quality and functionality.   • Total transparency: each item is precisely described, and any aesthetic defects are indicated with one or more dedicated photos, in addition to the traditional photos on the item sheet.

Three categories of renewed articles:

  1. Unpacked item, without original packaging: Product returned in perfect condition, but without its original packaging, repackaged with plain packaging.
  2. Item unpacked, without original packaging, with slight defect: Product with a minor imperfection, but fully functional.
  3. Item unpacked, without original packaging, with missing accessories: Product returned incomplete, without original packaging and repackaged with plain packaging.

Return conditions for these items:

  • Renewed Offer" items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their reduced price and special nature.
