RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

4. Right of Return and Conditions

We want every purchase to bring you full satisfaction. However, if an item does not suit you, you have the option to return it without justification within 30 days of receipt.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is free for all individual customers across all European countries.
• For business customers, returns are also possible under the same conditions, but return shipping costs are their responsibility and must be arranged via their own carrier.
• Promotional items benefit from the same return rights as other products, except for legal exceptions provided by the Consumer Code.

5. Return Process

• Return request: Contact us at contact@yogaterrae.com mentioning your order number.
• Receipt of return label: We will send you a prepaid Colissimo label.
• Package preparation: The item must be carefully packaged.
• Package drop-off: Drop it off at the nearest post office or Colissimo relay point.

Upon receipt of your package, we will perform a quality control. If the item is compliant and unopened, the refund will be processed within 24 hours directly to the payment method used during the purchase.

6. Refund Period

• Once the return is validated, the refund transaction is initiated within 24 hours.
• Depending on your bank, the refund may take 3 to 7 business days to appear.
• If a delay occurs, we advise you to contact your bank before writing to us.
• In any case, once the return is validated, the refund period will never exceed the legal limit of 14 days.

3. Unpacked item, without original packaging, with missing accessory: Incomplete returned product, without its original packaging and reconditioned with simple packaging.

Return conditions for these items:
