Due to the exceptional health situation that we all know, and that France is going through, like the rest of the world, the delivery times depending on the country in Europe or the department in France are at all time likely to be extended.


Concerning items offered on the site, delivery in mainland France is FREE from €85, for a delivery always in 24/48 hours with tracking number displayed by our logistics provider. Below this, a contribution to the delivery costs is requested from you up to €6.90, regardless of the item placed in the basket. This amount is exactly what we pay to our logistics service provider, we make no margin on this amount, which is fully paid to them.

We process each order within a maximum of 2 to 3 hours. Once the order has been prepared, checked and packaged, the estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours for mainland France depending on the time the order is placed (before noon) and 2 4 days via the international services of our partner for logistics and delivery in Europe.

ROBINSONNADES / YOGATERRAE reserves the right to select the most operational carrier in terms of customer service for each order.


Our wish for each new season is that you are fully satisfied with your new purchase. However, for whatever reason, if you no longer want your item ordered, upon delivery, you have the option, without specifying any reason, to send it back to us, it's as simple as that.

Returned items must not be unpacked from their packaging and of course must not have been used, especially and taking into account current health provisions.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, they are automatically deducted from the refund of your initial order.

The amount of the return costs can be indicated to you if you wish, before placing your order; it depends on your department and/or your country of residence. You can contact us for this information by sending us an email on the "contact" page.

Regarding our return policy, upon receipt of your package at our premises, it will be checked to verify the condition of the goods inside the box. If everything is in perfect condition, the refund procedure will be validated. If this is not the case, no exchange or refund can be made in good and due form. Our return policy lasts 15 days excluding exceptional periods. If 15 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

In the event that the return conditions are well respected, an email will then be sent to you to indicate that on our side the banking procedure for reimbursement will be quickly initiated towards the account number of your Bank card, the one registered during placing the order; a processing time can be longer or shorter depending on the different banks. If the refund is late or missing (if applicable), contact your bank, there is often some processing time on their part before a refund can be posted.If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will work within the hour to resolve your issue

During a return procedure, contact one of the customer service team members at the email address "contact" with your order number and the type of goods that you wish to return to us.

You will then receive an email with specific information on how to complete your return; it is a simple and organized procedure in agreement with our logistics service provider. All you have to do is drop off the package at a relay point closest to you, which will be indicated to you at your choice during the procedure.

Here is the procedure to follow very simply:

1. Go to the website
2. You arrive on the homepage
3. You click "Return Packages"
4. You arrive on a new page titled "Returning parcels..."
5. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and enter your Received Parcel Number
6. Validate
7. You now arrive on a page entitled "Recipients Area"
8. You see your address on the left and our head office address on the right
9. Tap on "Print your label"
10. You will see the PDF format of the label to be printed
11. Print. The label must be stuck on the return parcel
12. Once your label has been printed and saved on our server, you will have access and visibility given your initial delivery address, relay points with the km distance from your home where you can drop off your package
13. The procedure will be finished; our service provider DPD-FRANCE will be notified as soon as the package has been scanned by the relay point and will pick it up as soon as possible
14. Upon receipt of your package at our premises, it will be checked to verify the condition of the goods inside so that it can then be validated for the refund procedure.

Only regular priced and non-promoted items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Our delivery policy aims to minimize delivery costs in Metropolitan France; most of the time, they are offered to you from 85 €. However, any return costs are your responsibility; they are equivalent to €6.90 and are automatically deducted from your refund.
