THE ART OF A HEALTHY LIVING AND A HEALTHY MIND: Journey through the different layers of being, to understand how they interact and how to take care of each of them.
This post explores the importance of caring for our different bodies to live in harmony with ourselves. It highlights the necessary balance between the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual bodies, reminding us that overall health is a holistic approach. The human body is a complex mechanism, with several interconnected layers. Each aspect must be nourished and balanced to achieve deep well-being. Taking care of all these bodies is essential for a healthy and aligned life. Whether it concerns nutrition, emotions, or spiritual energy, this inner journey is a true art of living.
What if, starting today, you began to see your body as a sacred temple, where every action contributes to overall alignment? Let's dive together into this exploration of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle!
"Let's take a look"!

TAKING CARE OF OUR DIFFERENT BODIES
Living a healthy lifestyle isn't just about brushing your teeth, eating salad, and exercising. It requires understanding the entire human process, from the infinitely small to the infinitely large.
Like a Russian doll, we have several bodies.
Broadly speaking, there is the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual body. Although the number of bodies and their names may vary depending on the discipline, the logic remains the same. They are interdependent.
Every body must be in its place and function well to be fulfilled.

A HOLISTIC CONNECTION
To get out of a problem, whether physical (illness, etc.) or immaterial (love, abundance, etc.), you have to understand that it has a resonance in all our multiple layers since everything is linked.
So, for example, if we want to heal from disastrous and repeated love relationships, we will not only have to free ourselves from all interference on the spiritual level, but also from the faults on the energetic level, the programs on the mental level, the breaches on the emotional level and finally the weaknesses of our physical body. The same applies if we want to heal from an illness.
There's no real order to releasing things. You can start with one of the higher bodies and then observe how things unravel. Sometimes this is enough to trigger the impulse to repair at all levels, like a gear being released.
Sometimes it's really essential to explore each of your bodies, one by one. Complete healing only occurs when the problem is cleared on all levels.
In some serious cases, it is therefore generally illusory to seek to treat only the symptoms. It is a complete exploration of oneself that is necessary to transform this difficulty into an opportunity for growth.

TAKING CARE OF THE PHYSICAL BODY, A SACRED VEHICLE
Our physical body is our only vehicle for this entire life. It is sacred.
It's the "heaviest" of bodies to manage because it's subject to the laws of matter. The more we do things for it, the easier it becomes. The more we support it, the more superpowers it has!
FOOD: AN ESSENTIAL KEY
“Let food be thy medicine,” said Hippocrates (ancient Greek physician, considered the father of modern medicine), as do all naturopaths. Eating an organic, unprocessed diet rich in fruits and vegetables (at least 25 different fruits per week), with little meat and sugar, is an essential key to maintaining optimal health. Recent research shows that eating vegetables reduces depression by 9%, while a Mediterranean diet can reduce it by 33% and prevent relapses.
Dietary supplements are vital today
It is already a turning point to think that the head is connected to the intestines, but beyond a quality diet, the impoverishment of soils by industrial practices considerably reduces the nutrients in our food, making food supplements vital today.
Doctor Guillaume Fond, an expert in psychonutrition, clearly describes how omega 3 supplementation (DHA and EPA) regenerates the membranes of our neurons and therefore reduces inflammation and therefore stress. He also emphasizes the role of active vitamin B9 (Methyl Folate) and zinc on psychological balance. He also details the implication of vitamin D deficiency on psychological imbalances. The more we increase this vitamin, the more we nourish the vitamin D receptors in our brain and therefore the more we influence the positive expression of our genes. These incredible discoveries mechanically explain the role of food on our happiness (confirming an inner wisdom), but go so far as to do epigenetics just with our plate.
Another discovery: scientists observed that therapeutic fasting saves people from anxiety and depression in less than 48 hours. They were even able to prove that it was possible to modify the state of mind and emotions through the modification of the microbiota. For example, when the microbiota of an obese or aggressive mouse is injected into another healthy mouse, the latter reproduces the same symptoms. This is why it is very instructive to have your microbiota analyzed in a laboratory to take the necessary dietary supplements to balance it.

ALL THE SYMBOLISM OF OUR BODY'S ILLNESS
Having a healthy lifestyle therefore means of course taking good care of your physical body by controlling what you eat, what you drink, what you breathe, but it also means allowing it to be understood.
Perhaps you've ever had fun guessing a stranger's personality just by looking at their body.
THE BODY IS A MESSENGER
It is the tool of materialization. In case of symptoms, it is therefore always interesting to consult The Great Dictionary of Discomforts and Illnesses by Jacques Martel which, in my own experience, proves to be 80% accurate.
For example, irritable bowel syndrome, which affects 9 million French people, has a real symbolism: the feeling of the relationship between the interior of oneself and the exterior world as multiple attacks which exhaust us and gradually create permeability.
From a purely medical perspective, it can be explained by a stressful lifestyle that produces a constant excess of cortisol, which inflames the physical body to the point of reducing the thickness of the membranes of the intestine and the brain, thus weakening its functioning. Another great match.

ORGANIZE YOUR DAY ACCORDING TO YOUR CHRONOTYPE
Taking care of your physical body also means respecting your chronotype by adapting your physical activities, meal times, production periods and sleep to your natural predispositions.
BALANCE YOUR BODY TO AVOID MEDICATION
Another habit to abandon from now on is self-medication. Taking sleeping pills or Doliprane daily is not normal. All these seemingly insignificant little medications contribute to acidifying the body and creating a breeding ground for imbalances.
REBALANCE YOUR BODY REGULARLY
Finally, to pamper our physical body, it is recommended to consult an osteopath once or twice a year, so that it can be rebalanced regularly.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE EMOTIONAL BODY
There is no physical health without emotional health. To regulate one's emotions, practices such as meditation, visualization, yoga, art, exercise, or even laughter can be very effective.
Anything that feels good is good to take. So we set up an internal scan to observe all the activities and all the people in our life: "Do I feel exhausted or regenerated after this?"
Also goodbye to all the movies or video games full of zombies and murders which, even if we feel used to them and therefore no longer really affected, connect the emotions of stress, anxiety and fear. Let's remember that for the brain, there is no virtual reality. What it sees and what it experiences is its reality. This is the whole principle of hypnosis, submitting images to the unconscious to influence it. It's up to us to be the guardians of our emotional temple.
If there are major wounds linked to our history, it's impossible to ignore them. They reactivate themselves, relive themselves in the daily experiences of our lives, and sometimes grow like a snowball. Although the context may no longer have anything to do with the past, we continue to relive the same patterns, to reproduce without wanting to, and to feel the same sensations. Many therapies allow us to go back to the source to heal the origin and never again need to fight or be afraid of it.

THE POWER OF THE MENTAL BODY AND THE ENERGY BODY
Every thought acts as a program that influences our reality. The more intensely and emotionally it is repeated, the more powerful it becomes. Meditation is an essential practice for identifying one's thoughts, but to reprogram them, willpower alone is not enough. An easy-to-access method is to write (or draw), morning and evening, the new belief you want to integrate for 21 days. This may seem trivial, but it is incredibly effective. Other techniques, such as hypnosis, allow access to the unconscious to integrate new messages.
THE ENERGY BODY: RAISE ITS VIBRATIONS
To cleanse the energetic body, you can use powerful visualizations where you imagine yourself taking a bath, raising your vibrations, or any other image that makes you feel good. Music and sounds in general, such as sound baths, are also excellent tools.
The energetic body vibrates at the frequency of the result of the well-being of our physical body, our emotions, our thoughts, but also the liberation of the spiritual body. Therefore, the "cleaner" the bodies are, the more the vibrations increase and the more it is possible to "magnetically" attract the best in our life.
So be careful of the power of our words. For example, if I say "I am sick", it is like a magic formula that attracts illness (in addition to being defined by illness with the use of "I"), whereas we could say "I am doing everything to get better". If we observe just one day the turn of our sentences, we can already be surprised to see how our language is rather impregnated with negative lexicon. QED.

THE SPIRITUAL BODY: CONNECTING TO YOURSELF
Regarding the spiritual body, quantum therapy is a powerful approach. The idea is to connect with our own higher consciousness to show it, like a mirror, the conditions of our incarnation. We can be very surprised by the interferences, illusions, and beliefs that we discover, as well as their consequences on our lives. In order not to create dependencies or new interferences with the intervention of a third party, it is one of the rare therapies that removes the therapist from the field, leaving the affected part of ourselves solely responsible for the means and the path to follow to repair the situation.

THE WAY TO A HEALTHY LIFE
In conclusion, it is recommended to take care of each of your bodies day after day, even through small actions. This requires discipline, determination, and courage. When you want to cure a problem, it is therefore important to treat it on all levels.
This isn't a new injunction that adds to the mental load, but rather avenues to explore. Can we be perfect in our modern lifestyles? It's nearly impossible. But we can strive for it by making the necessary changes, step by step.
What a pleasure when everything is fluid and aligned!
This does not mean that everything will be easy, but life will certainly become lighter and more harmonious.

Leadership Coach and Project Facilitator
"A warrior at heart, that's often the conclusion I receive when I explain my life journey. After a difficult start on this earth, I sought inner balance and expansion through a 15-year journey of personal development where I tested all conventional and atypical practices.Since we never stop learning, I continually feed my thirst for understanding. High intellectual and emotional potential, I learned to put my abilities at the service of life so that it becomes a gift.
My method is at the junction between who I am, the reappropriation of my 2-year training in personal development coaching as well as all my life experiences.
It is a practice that puts into experience and intervenes, all at the same time, on the body, the emotions and the spiritual dimension. For me, it is out of the question to accompany for years what would cause, in my opinion, dependence. However, my work is to create the conditions for reappropriation of one's inner power to obtain immediate results in the materialization of one's objectives.
