DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES FOR MY ORDER?

Any order placed before 1 p.m. is processed within half an hour of being placed and shipped the same day between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. These orders are generally delivered the next day before noon. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be shipped the following day. However, please note that the exact delivery date may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, and the specific destination (mountainous regions, islands, etc.).

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS AND WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

We only offer one standard delivery option. Please note that most deliveries are made within 24 hours, depending on the time of order placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. If home delivery is not possible, the package will be dropped off at the nearest collection point, and you will be notified immediately.

Delivery charges are shown to you at checkout before proceeding to payment; they are free for orders over €120 on the site. But for example, please note that they represent a contribution of €6.90 for a yoga mat worth less than €120.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the progress of your delivery.

IF DELIVERY WAS NOT POSSIBLE, WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS?

If home delivery cannot be made, you will be notified by SMS, and your package may be sent to the relay point closest to your home.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept free returns within 30 days, provided the items are in their original packaging, unopened, and untrimmed. Items must be in perfect condition, as they were when received.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM TO YOU?

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via our contact form or by email at contact@yogaterrae.com , and we will provide you with a prepaid Colissimo return label. Simply return the item in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest post office.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We currently do not offer exchange options. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and then placing a new order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

Once we have received and verified the correctness of the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. It may take 24 to 48 hours for the amount to appear in your account, depending on how your bank operates.
