THE ART OF A HEALTHY LIFE AND HEALTHY MIND: Journey through the different layers of being, to understand how they interact and how to care for each of them.

This post explores the importance of taking care of our different bodies to live in harmony with ourselves. It highlights the necessary balance between the physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual bodies, reminding us that overall health is a holistic approach. The human body is a complex mechanism, with many interconnected layers. Each aspect needs to be nourished and balanced to achieve profound well-being. Taking care of all these bodies is essential for a healthy, aligned life. Whether in terms of nutrition, emotions or spiritual energy, this inner journey is a true art of living.

What if, starting today, you began to see your body as a sacred temple, where every gesture contributes to global alignment? Let's dive in together to explore the benefits of healthy living!

"Let's take a look!

TAKING CARE OF OUR DIFFERENT BODIES

A healthy lifestyle is more than just brushing your teeth, eating salad and exercising. It's a process that requires an understanding of the entire mechanics of the human being, from the infinitely small to the infinitely large.

Like a Russian doll, we have several bodies.

Broadly speaking, there are the physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual bodies. Although the number of bodies and their titles may vary from discipline to discipline, the logic remains the same. They are interdependent.

Each body needs to be in its place and functioning well to be fulfilled.

A HOLISTIC CONNECTION

To get out of a problem, whether physical (illness...) or immaterial (love, abundance...), we need to understand that it resonates in all our multiple layers, since everything is linked.

So if, for example, we want to heal from repeated disastrous love affairs, we'll need to free ourselves not only from all interference on the spiritual plane, but also from faults on the energetic plane, programs on the mental plane, gaps on the emotional plane and, finally, weaknesses in our physical body. The same applies to healing from illness.

There's no real order to the liberation of things. You can start with one of the upper bodies, then observe how things unravel. Sometimes this is enough to trigger the impulse to repair at all levels, like a gear being released.

Sometimes it really is essential to explore each of your bodies, one by one. Total healing only takes place when the problem is cleansed on all levels.

In certain severe cases, it is therefore generally illusory to try to medicate only the symptoms. What's needed is complete self-exploration, to transform this difficulty into an opportunity for growth.

CARING FOR THE PHYSICAL BODY, A SACRED VEHICLE

Our physical body is our only vehicle for all this life. It is sacred.

It's the "heaviest" body to manage, because it's subject to the laws of matter. The more you do for it, the easier it becomes. The more you do for it, the more superpowers it has!

NUTRITION: AN ESSENTIAL KEY

"Let your food be your medicine" said Hippocrates (an ancient Greek physician, considered the father of modern medicine), as well as all naturopaths. Eating an organic, unprocessed diet, rich in fruit and vegetables (at least 25 different fruits per week), with little meat and sugar, is an essential key to maintaining optimal health. Recent research shows that eating vegetables reduces depression by 9%, while a Mediterranean diet can reduce it by 33% and prevent relapses.

DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS ARE VITAL TODAY

It's already a turning point to think that the head is connected to the intestines, but beyond a quality diet, the depletion of the soil by industrial practices considerably reduces the nutrients in our food, making food supplements vital today.

Doctor Guillaume Fond, an expert in psychonutrition, clearly describes how omega 3 supplementation (DHA and EPA) regenerates the membranes of our neurons and thus reduces inflammation and stress. He also stresses the role of active vitamin B9 (Methyl Folate) and zinc on psychological balance. He also details the impact of vitamin D deficiency on psychological imbalances. The more we increase this vitamin, the more we nourish our brain's vitamin D receptors, and therefore the more we influence the positive expression of our genes. These incredible discoveries not only mechanically explain the role of food in our happiness (confirming an inner wisdom), but also go so far as to do epigenetics with just our plates.

In another discovery, scientists have observed that therapeutic fasting saves people from anxiety and depression in less than 48 hours. They were even able to prove that it was possible to modify the state of mind and emotions by modifying the microbiota. For example, when the microbiota of an obese or aggressive mouse is injected into another healthy mouse, the latter reproduces the same symptoms. That's why it's so instructive to have your microbiota analyzed in a laboratory, so you can take the dietary supplements you need to balance it.

ALL THE SYMBOLISM OF OUR BODY'S AILMENTS

A healthy lifestyle means taking good care of your physical body by controlling what you eat, drink and breathe, but it also means allowing your body to be understood.

Perhaps you've already had fun guessing a stranger's personality just by looking at their body.

THE BODY IS A MESSENGER

It is the tool of materialization. In case of symptoms, it's always a good idea to consult Jacques Martel's Le grand dictionnaire des malaises et des maladies, which, in my experience, is 80% accurate.

For example, irritable bowel syndrome, which affects 9 million people in France, has a real symbolism: the feeling of the relationship between the inside of ourselves and the outside world as multiple attacks that exhaust us and gradually create permeability.

On a purely medical level, it can be explained by a stressful lifestyle that produces a constant excess of cortisol, which inflames the physical body to the point of reducing the thickness of the intestinal and brain membranes, thus weakening its functioning. Another beautiful concordance.

ORGANIZE YOUR DAY ACCORDING TO YOUR CHRONOTYPE

Taking care of your physical body also means respecting your chronotype by adapting your physical activities, mealtimes, production periods and sleep to your natural predispositions.

BALANCE YOUR BODY TO AVOID MEDICATION

Another little habit to give up is self-medication. There's nothing normal about taking sleeping pills or Doliprane on a daily basis. All these little seemingly harmless drugs contribute to acidifying the body and creating a breeding ground for disorders.

REBALANCE YOUR BODY REGULARLY

Finally, to pamper our physical body, we recommend consulting an osteopath once or twice a year, so that we can rebalance it regularly.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE EMOTIONAL BODY

There can be no physical health without emotional health. To regulate emotions, practices such as meditation, visualization, yoga, art, sport or even laughter can be very effective.

Anything that feels good is good for you. So we set up an inner scan to observe all the activities and people in our lives: "Do I feel exhausted or regenerated after this?"

Farewell, too, to all those movies and video games full of zombies and murder, which, even if we seem to be used to them and therefore no longer really affected by them, connect the emotions of stress, anxiety and fear. Remember that for the brain, there is no such thing as virtual reality. What it sees and experiences is its reality. That's what hypnosis is all about: submitting images to the unconscious to influence it. It's up to us to be the guardians of our emotional temple.

If there are big wounds linked to our history, it's impossible to ignore them. They are reactivated, lived out in the daily experiences of our lives, and sometimes amplified like a snowball. Although the context may no longer have anything to do with the past, we continue to relive the same patterns, unwittingly reproducing and feeling the same sensations. There are a number of therapies that can help you go back to the source, heal the origin and never need to fight or fear it again.

THE POWER OF THE MENTAL BODY AND THE ENERGY BODY

Each thought acts like a program that influences our reality. The more intensely and emotionally it is repeated, the more powerful it becomes. Meditation is an essential practice for identifying thoughts, but to reprogram them, willpower is not enough. An easy-to-access method is to write down (or draw), morning and night, the new belief you want to integrate for 21 days. It may seem trivial, but it's incredibly effective. Other techniques, such as hypnosis, can be used to access the unconscious and integrate new messages.

THE ENERGY BODY: RAISING YOUR VIBRATION

To cleanse the energetic body, we can use powerful visualizations in which we imagine taking a bath, raising our vibrations or any other image that makes us feel good. Music and sounds in general, such as sound baths, are also excellent tools.

The energetic body vibrates at the frequency of the result of the well-being of our physical body, our emotions, our thoughts, but also of the liberation of the spiritual body. So, the "cleaner" our bodies are, the higher the vibration, and the more "magnetically" we can attract the best into our lives.

Beware of the power of our words. For example, if I say "I'm sick", it's like a magic formula that attracts illness (as well as defining myself by my illness, with the use of "I"), whereas we could say "I'm doing everything I can to get better". If you look at our sentences for just one day, you'll be amazed at how much of our language is impregnated with negative lexicon. CQFD.

THE SPIRITUAL BODY: CONNECTING TO YOURSELF

Quantum therapy is a powerful approach to the spiritual body. The idea is to connect with our own higher consciousness and show it, like a mirror, the conditions of our incarnation. We can be astonished by the interferences, illusions and beliefs we discover, as well as their consequences for our lives. In order to avoid creating dependencies or new interferences with the intervention of a third party, this is one of the rare therapies that takes the therapist out of the picture, leaving the part of oneself concerned to decide on the means and trajectory to follow in order to repair the situation.

THE WAY TO A HEALTHY LIFE

In conclusion, it is advisable to take care of each of your bodies day after day, even with small actions. This requires discipline, determination and courage. When it comes to curing a problem, it's important to treat it on all levels.

It's not a new injunction that adds to the mental burden, but a set of guidelines to be developed. Can we be perfect in our modern lifestyles? It's virtually impossible. But we can get there by making the necessary changes, step by step.

What a pleasure when everything flows smoothly and aligns!

This doesn't mean that everything will be easy, but life will certainly become lighter and more harmonious.

Warrior at heart" is often the conclusion I get when I explain my life path. After a rocky start on this earth, I sought inner balance and expansion through a 15-year personal development journey in which I tested all conventional and atypical practices.

Because learning never stops, I'm constantly nourishing my thirst for understanding. As a person with high intellectual and emotional potential, I've learned to put my abilities at the service of life so that it becomes a gift.

My method is at the crossroads of who I am, the reappropriation of my 2-year training in personal development coaching and all my life experiences.

It's a practice that involves the body, the emotions and the spiritual dimension all at the same time. For me, it's out of the question to accompany someone for years on end, which would, in my opinion, lead to dependency. My job, however, is to create the conditions for reappropriating one's inner power, so as to achieve immediate results in materializing one's objectives.
